Participating in and promoting the preservation of cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is one of the programming areas the foundation pays attention to.

  In November 2018, initiated by Mr. Teguh Ganda Wijaya （黄志源， as Zhiyuan Huang in Chinese spelling），honorary Chairman of the Foundation, the Foundation donated 20 million yuan to the Jonang Tsangwa Monastery of Zamtang County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. The fund was given to Jonang Lineage Association which was in charge of the construction of Jonang Culture Exhibition Center to support the preservation and display of Jonang culture, so as to offer the public a better understanding of Jonang culture. The project has been completed in 2019 and will be officially put into use in 2020.
