At the end of 2019, the honorary chairman of Huang Yi Cong Foundation, also Chairman and President of Sinar Mas Group Mr. Teguh Ganda Wijaya, responded to the initiation by All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese to join a group donation designated to build the Ice and Snow Culture Museum in Chongli and is part of the 2022 Winter Olympics constructions. The Foundation gave RMB20 million to support this project.
